The luxurious villas in your village will help you in earning rental fees. The strategy is to keep the rental fees low and increase the luxuries in the villa. This will attract more people to your villa. A high rental fee is definitely profitable for you but it will not attract many people. On the other hand a low rental fee will be less profitable but your villa will have more chances to be rented. You have to make a decision as to which you have to choose. You have to pay service cost periodically. Even if your villa is empty i.e. it is not rented. The rental fee excluding the service cost that you pay is your profit. To increase the luxury of a villa you need to upgrade it. But for the up gradation you require a lot of money. So, to upgrade a villa you first have to collect money by renting your villas. Your money can go to a negative value of maximum $100000. If you cross this negative value then the game is over and you lose. To win the game you must have 5 stars and a maximum of 12 houses which have been upgraded to the maximum.
